Can you be successful and still be in debt to yourself?7 in 10 entrepreneurs live, directly or indirectly, with a mental health condition. Very few admit it, and fewer talk about it.How is this affecting your project and your business? As an entrepreneur, how coherent are your project, you and God?Tonight you are not here to learn how to bill more. You are here to see how you are — because you are your project’s main asset. And you may end up billing more, too.
The debt

An entrepreneur pays everyone. And there is one person they always leave for last — and I’m not talking about money.

That is the debt you owe yourself. It never shows up on a balance sheet, but you pay it every month: in sleepless nights, in relationships that grow cold, in a body that warns you and you don’t listen to, in an emptiness no revenue figure can fill.

The data don’t lie
2×more depression than people who don’t run a business
6×more ADHD
11×more bipolar condition
7/10live with a mental health condition, directly or indirectly
44%of small business owners have felt lonely or isolated — 65% in their first year (UK)
55%wish they had someone to turn to (UK)

According to the U.S. Surgeon General, being disconnected weighs on your health like smoking 15 cigarettes a day. People with strong relationships are 50% more likely to live longer.

On the outside, everything is fine. On the inside, the debt grows. And we need to talk about it.

The talk-workshop

90 minutes to look at yourself honestly.

Coach and consultant Cristina Blanco shares what almost nobody tells you about entrepreneurship — with real data and a practical tool grounded in Harvard University’s research on human flourishing, and in her years working with entrepreneurs and being one herself.

What you’ll take away

  • What the research says about entrepreneurs’ mental health — and why money doesn’t buy meaning or purpose.
  • An understanding of what happens in an entrepreneur’s mind, with real data.
  • Your Humalion Wheel: a snapshot of how you are today across the 7 areas of your life, not only your business.
  • A small, confidential circle where you can connect with your peers.
  • The path from success to flourishing, inspired by Harvard’s research.
